An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Relationship Manager to join an industry-leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health provider. What you'll do:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing your accounts, ensuring client understanding, providing support through effective communication, and identifying further revenue opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing your portfolio via virtual review meetings, presentations, attending occasional on-site client events, negotiating renewal terms, liaising with intermediary and direct clients, providing excellent service levels, maintaining accurate client CRM records, and negotiating renewal pricing whilst working towards internal KPI measures.

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 key EAP and Occupational Health clients predominantly based in central UK
  • Ensure targets are achieved for contract retention levels and renewal of premiums issued
  • Deliver new client implementation projects ensuring the company's offering is fully embedded into key corporate clients
  • Support tender and bid exercises representing the relationship management function
  • Negotiate renewal terms via intermediary and direct clients demonstrating return on investment for clients
  • Deliver consultancy services regarding product options such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and actively promote additional services with a target of £10,000 new business per quarter
  • Achieve three self-generated new business client wins per quarter
  • Provide feedback to senior management on client needs and market changes to develop our proposition and stay ahead of the market
  • Maintain personal statistical renewal reports daily, highlighting at-risk clients and further opportunities
