An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a busy team. Your primary role will be to provide support to the CEO, based in their Nottingham Office.
Your new role
You will assist the CEO with improving services and will work closely with the CEO and the wider leadership team.
Prepare meeting packs
Pre-populate relevant forms
Prepare post meeting letters
Process applications
Take the lead on admin related projects
Input data and assist the CEO with this
Undertake tasks relating to a PA role when required
Support with onboarding
What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Have strong interpersonal and team skills
Proven track record in a financial services admin role
The ability to self-develop and show initiative
Ability to change and adapt swiftly as business needs to alter
Skilled in usage of IT systems such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
