A City based Executive Search firm is looking to hire an experienced Team Assistant to provide day-to-day support to Partners and COOr. The successful assistant will prererably have some office-based experience, with excellent MS Office skills, particularly InDesign. You will be self-motivated with a can-do attitude, able to effectively multitask and prioritise your everchanging workload. Hybrid working available.

What you'll do:

  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of Partners and Office Manager
  • Formatting CVs and other external documentation in Indesign
  • Diary management as required
  • Screen incoming calls
  • Update the company database
  • Create and maintain organisation charts
  • Preparation of documentation as required by team members
  • Support with ad hoc administration and project work
  • Candidate research

What you'll need:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Indesign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and driven
  • Expectational attention to detail
