What's the role?
I'm working closely with a mid to upper market rural estate agency selling premium property in the Salisbury area. Due to an excellent start to the year, they are looking to strengthen their team by taking on an experienced Sales Manager/Valuation Manager.
This is a key appointment for the business and they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to help them grow their business. Attitude is everything and a hardworking "can do" attitude will be rewarded with a great package, prospects and progression potential.
The role involves all aspects of Estate Agency but they're looking for someone particularly skilled at winning business on valuations. The company has extremely high standards of customer service with an excellent reputation locally. They're looking for someone able to uphold these high standards.
