Randstad is partnered exclusively with The Empower Learning Academy Trust to provide the recruitment of teachers and support staff. We are currently looking for primary qualified teachers to provide supply cover at Hacton Primary when needed. Cover will also be available in other schools in the area.
About the school:
- Located in Hornchurch, Havering,
- On-site parking
- 3 form entry primary school
- New, state-of-the-art building and facilities throughout the school
- Friendly and welcoming staff members to show you around, and answer questions that you might have
- Strong behaviour management policies in place reducing behaviour issues throughout the school
- A short walk away from local transport links (tube, national rail and bus links)
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre planned lessons in an exciting way to ensure engagement
- Marking the work at the end of the day
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
- Follow the schools safeguarding policy
- Direct class teaching assistants and learning support staff throughout the day to maximise the pupil's learning
- Follow existing planning to deliver lessons to pupils - no planning required!
To be successful you will have:
- QTS and relevant teaching experience
- Passion to work with children
- Flexibility
- Enthusiasm
- Good behaviour management skills
- Knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1/KS2/EYFS

- Pay £135 per day for general supply (more for long term assignments & past 12 weeks)
