Sales Negotiator
Location: Buckhurst Hill
Basic Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, plus OTE £50,000 and car allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm (1 day off in lieu during the week)
1 Saturday off a month !!
About the role
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants and vendors.
- Thoroughly qualifying applicants to understand their motivation and design the best tour for them.
- Planning and executing structured and productive viewing tours.
- Assessing buyers' financial position and promptly referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Staying proactive throughout the conveyancing process by initiating surveys and diligently following up with solicitors and buyers for documentation.
- Promptly initiate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements of the role:
- A can-do attitude to work to ensure personal and team success.
- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Enthusiasm and drive.
