We are pleased to be working with our well-established Financial Planning Services Client to seek a Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive environment where professional friendships thrive, and team members feel valued. You will be supporting the Financial Planner and ensuring a smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication, as per business processes. Ensuring a positive and exceptional client experience for all their valued clients.

The Basics

  • Client Relationship Manager Salary from £27k
  • Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm - (10am - 4pm are core working hours, 35hr week with 1 hour lunch break
  • Flexi-time available

The Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Administration

  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person)
  • Prepare client documentation in advance of and following client meetings (as per business processes)
  • Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaise with other team members on work progress per client account and keep clients in formed (as per business process)
  • Assist in client meetings when required
  • Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
  • Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm's standards
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients (progress chasing)
  • Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information as per business process
  • Produce portfolio valuations
  • Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process
  • Ensure back-office systems are kept up to date
  • Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements

The Skills & Requirements:

  • Seeking a career in financial advice/wealth management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships
  • Highly organised and disciplined

  • Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
