**Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a renowned company in the catering and kitchen supplies industry, known for their quality products. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to maintain production lines and ensure the smooth running of best-selling products. This would suit a maintenance engineer with Mechanical Bias.
**Day to Day of the Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Maintain production lines to minimise machine downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical problems as they arise.
- Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to resolve issues with machinery or equipment.
- Conduct tests on malfunctioning machinery to determine the need for major repairs.
- Provide technical support to the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
**Required Skills & Qualifications of the Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience with pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic lines, rollers, chains, bearings, sprockets, and electric motors.
- Mechanical bias is preferable.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Proven experience in a long-standing production maintenance role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
