Focusing on the key UK hot-spots for high capital growth and rental yields, you will enjoy working for a reputable business with excellent customer reviews and strong relationships with leading Property Developers delivering off plan new build apartments. These opportunities are open to existing property investment consultants who are keen to sell the best stock, receive the best leads and achieve higher commission through a generous monthly bonus scheme. We will also consider applications from Alternative Investments, Mortgage Brokers looking for a change and B2B sales such as Recruitment.
Full training on product, process and systems will be delivered by the directors of the business, creating an opportunity to learn from the best. What you will bring is tenacity, resilience and determination to exceed company targets for revenue and
achieve 1st year OTE of £100,000 - £150,000 (uncapped) for closing deals.
We are interested in finding out how you Qualify, Pitch, Objection Handle and Close using a variety of techniques, whilst selling with integrity and building rapport and trust. Due to exceptional growth and exclusive relationships with leading Property Developers and Construction firms building New Apartments in key locations, there is a huge pipeline of stock available. Offering fantastic discounts for off plan property investors, eco-friendly developments and a hands-off investment model to UK and overseas investors, everything you need to be successful is available to earn incredible money. - The working hours are Monday - Friday office based near St Paul's Cathedral and major London transport links. (The company does not offer hybrid working but there is a fantastic team atmosphere in the office).
