Are you an experienced, qualified, commercial accountant looking for a varied, dynamic and interesting role?

iMultiply is supporting a high growth, PE backed SME in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team based in the Central Belt of Scotland. This role is offered on a full time permanent basis with a hybrid working model.

The Company

This company has been growing rapidly through organic and acquisitive means. Having already delivered aggressive growth, the growth strategy projects a further 50% increase in revenue before the PE backers exit.

The Role

This role will oversee the production and delivery of MI reporting and budget analysis to non-finance stakeholders and the C-Suite. There will be line management responsibility for the qualified Finance Analyst team (one at present with plans to expand this team in the coming months).

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who is an experienced Finance Business Partner. A high calibre of analytical ability and clear, effective communication and presentation style will be essential. Previous experience in a similar sized SME and PE backed environment would be beneficial but not essential.

What's on offer

An agile working philosophy and competitive base salary of £65,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, as well as extensive and market leading benefits including an annual bonus and private healthcare. Based our of the central belt offices, this is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid working model offering the opportunity to work 2 days from home.
