Rates and Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
- Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing quality care to residents, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Promoting independence and fostering a supportive, positive atmosphere.
- Adhering to individual care plans and keeping records up to date.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar UK role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A compassionate, empathetic nature.
- Willingness to undergo required compliance checks.
