As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in leading client accounts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment marketing strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment marketing and a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Lead the development of recruitment marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers and executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and campaign reports to clients and senior management.

Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience in account management within a recruitment marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional client results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
