We are on the lookout for a Business Improvement Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our client's sales processes through meticulous process mapping and the implementation of efficient procedures. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a robust background in business process improvement and a zeal for refining sales operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct a detailed analysis of current sales processes and develop comprehensive process maps to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to gain an in-depth understanding of workflow and identify bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement new processes to boost sales performance, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining operations, and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure process improvements align with business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and report on their impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in business process improvement, preferably within a sales context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools and software.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Experienced in change management and training.
