My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their customer service admin team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the coordination point between clients, customers and the internal team to ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities
- Taking customer calls and delivering product information
- General administration
- Communicating with the internal operational team
- Ordering parts for the jobs
- Sending follow up confirmations and invoices
- Customer reporting
About You
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Understanding of commonly used office packages
- Experience using excel
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Reliable
- Eye for detail
- Team player
The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary- £23795
