Customer Service Administrator

Do you have customer service experience? Good admin skills? or a graduate looking for their first office based role?

My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their customer service admin team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the coordination point between clients, customers and the internal team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

  • Taking customer calls and delivering product information
  • General administration
  • Communicating with the internal operational team
  • Ordering parts for the jobs
  • Sending follow up confirmations and invoices
  • Customer reporting

About You

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • Experience using excel
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Reliable
  • Eye for detail
  • Team player

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary- £23795
