Real Estate Treasury Assistant. OUR CLIENT are a leading and constantly growing property management business who are looking for a Treasury Assistant for their block property management team who will be reporting to the Treasury Manager.
THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Treasury Assistant will include:
- Ensuring all client bank accounts are reconciled.
- Downloading bank statements and allocating receipts.
- Setting up of individual direct debits and handling Leaseholder requests.
- Reviewing the balance of all bank accounts, to ensure that no accounts have overdrawn balances.
- Processing of faster payment and supplier BACS payments.
- Reviewing and maintaining the suspense account.
- Investigating missing payments.
- Preparing and processing of any supplier invoice/payment file
- Importing of bulk changes of leaseholder direct debit on a client.
THE PERSON and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS for the Treasury Assistant:
- At least 1 - 2 years' treasury / cashier experience from a property management firm.
- Experience of using a property system such as MRI, YARDI or similar.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise as this role will be supporting a number of accountants.
