The Role

We are seeking a Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with refrigeration installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform refrigeration installations, including interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Utilise electrical knowledge and appropriate braising techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project and company goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel to different sites based in and around Exeter, with occasional overnight stays required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in refrigeration installation, preferably within food manufacturing.
  • Good electrical knowledge.
  • Commissioning experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communicator, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure to a high standard.
  • City and Guilds F-Gas qualification (or equivalent).
  • IPAF certification, Level 2 NVQ and Braising certifications are beneficial.
  • Full UK driving licence.
