Description

  • Maintain financial records for audit purposes
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and on time
  • Undertake bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
  • Maintain the purchase ledger
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
