The Opportunity:
As a Senior, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
- Begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager.
- Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop enduring client relationships.
- Work to produce complex annual statutory accounts for clients while offering advice on best practices and recommendations for Director review.
- Provide support to your clients from an accounting perspective.
- Mentor more junior team members, answering day-to-day queries and guiding their journey.
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ensure high levels of communication are maintained with staff, line managers, and clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Be a key point of contact for clients within a specific portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CA newly qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role.
