Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Morgan McKinley is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Resident Services Manager to join a small team in Crawley. This role is a part time position, 25hrs a week (flexible) on a temporary basis. Ideally Monday - Friday.
As the Assistant Resident Services Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the residential properties. You'll assist with resident enquiries, manage move-ins and move-outs, and ensure the residents receive the highest standard of service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has a passion for property management.
Pay rate: £13ph-£15ph plus holidays
Location: Crawley - free parking on site
Assistant Resident Services Manager duties:
- Assist with all resident enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Oversee the check-in/check-out process, including inventory management
- Ensure resident communication is timely and effective
- Work closely with the Resident Services Manager to ensure smooth property operations
The ideal Assistant Resident Services Manager will have:
- Outgoing, confident and a real people person
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a customer service role
- Fantastic customer service skills with brilliant telephone manner
- Strong communication and organisational skills
