Admin Assistant

Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Norwich, who are looking for an administration assistant to provide support.

You will need exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, excellent verbal, and written communication skills with great attention to detail.

Role requirements:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Organising meetings with a variety of suppliers, catering, etc
  • Co ordinating travel, subsistence and itinerary bookings.
  • Dealing with post
  • General administration support
  • Dealing with post
  • Managing email inboxes

The role is a full time hours, working in the office, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
