With offices in major business hubs around the world they provide legal services to a diverse range of clients. Their collaborative and inclusive culture fosters creativity and excellence. This role will also focus on driving BD and revenue across they key areas which include: Real Estate, Infrastructure and Energy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth in international markets
- Identifying new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with partners and practice groups to enhance client engagement and cross-selling initiatives
- Lead market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business development, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business in international markets
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
