Job Title: Retail Stores Assistant

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Annual salary: £24,500 - £25,000 Pro Rata to 19 hour

Hours: Part-time (19 hours per week)
2 Days during the week 8am-5pm and a Saturday morning 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Interact with customers, both in-store and over the phone, to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure our stores are clean, tidy, and presentable - a store we can all be proud of.
  • Process customer transactions and respond to customer inquiries using our bespoke IT software.

Our client, Experts in Safety and the UK and Ireland's leading supplier of safety equipment, workwear, and maintenance supplies, is looking for a Retail Stores Assistant to join their team in Avonmouth, Bristol.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and become an integral part of our client's team. You don't need prior experience in the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE) as full training will be provided. Our client is committed to your learning, development, and growth, offering you a platform to expand your knowledge and skills.

As a Retail Stores Assistant, your key responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service, interacting with customers both in-store and over the phone, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment. With the support of our bespoke IT software, you will also process customer transactions and respond to inquiries.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive hourly rate of £12, with the opportunity to earn up to a 10% annual bonus. You will also benefit from 32 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and the ability to purchase up to 5 additional days.
