The ideal LSA? Smeoneo with recent experience in Tower Hamlets, equipped with knowledge of referral processes and CAHMS. While expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and personal care is advantageous, it's your passion for helping children thrive that truly matters.
