Experience:
Working in a similar role or maintenance – Preferably with pumps
Responsibilities
- Attend nationwide installation and breakdowns when necessary and ensure that clients call out policy is maintained
- Service, repair and assembly of pumps and pumping equipment
- Be prepared to stay away from home when required, at least 1-2 nights per week
- When requested be available on a rota basis to provide standby cover over weekends and bank holidays
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
- Complete site reports after each visit, obtain a customer signature and submit promptly
- Be a good ambassador for the company, promoting all products and services at every opportunity
- Ensure that the company vehicle is stocked, and van-stock and tools required at all times
- Identify training needs
