Receptionist - Retail - Temporary

At Handle we work on lots of fantastic opportunities within the retail, such as Receptionist roles at companies which are some of the world's biggest names in in the world of fashion!

I'm looking for an energetic, proactive Receptionist, with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail to join a global retail brand to cover holiday.

You will have effective communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to work collaboratively with the team.

**** You must have DHL/DPD courier experience to fulfil this role ****

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering main line calls in a polite, calm and concise manner.
  • Inbox management and distributing general emails
  • Greeting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Facilities - booking couriers, accepting deliveries.
  • Ad hoc admin duties as and when needed.
  • Distributing post, supporting the Facilities Co-ord when needed.
  • Any other duties as required by line management.

Requirements:

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working.
  • Be able to multi-task and identify key business issues.
  • Be proactive with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
  • A good team player.

These roles are fully on-site, located in Central London. Paying £13 per hour. Training/handover day is the 22nd August (10am-5pm), then working 2nd September - 11th September (8.30am-5pm). Their office isn't open on the 6th & 9th, so not required to work.
