We are recruiting for a sales executive to join a retail trade merchants who provide a wide range of commercial & business goods across a wide array of sectors. As a primary sales executive, you will be joining an established & collaborative team across department to manage and serve high-volume intakes of client needs. The role will be responsible for sourcing & building a pipeline of new & warm customs into business revenue.

The client we are currently representing operates & supply across a wide variety of sectors from private, public, governmental, education, healthcare, & industrial. They provide a range of retail trade merchant goods that are fitted & installed dependant on clientele needs. The services & products they provide are tailored per individual request & are supplied to a high degree of standard.

Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and converting them into sales.
  • When necessary, discover leads and conduct pre-qualification.
  • Professional in a business-like manner, aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
  • Cross-selling products whenever possible.
  • Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
  • Minute logging.
  • Quantify and achieve a minimum number of meetings daily.
  • Act on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
  • Completing various ad hoc sales and service administrative tasks as needed.
  • Responding to customer queries promptly and offering clear, concise advice.
  • Preparing sales quotations efficiently.
  • Making outbound calls to customers from the quote pipeline.
  • Providing customers with advice and assisting them in placing orders.
  • Handling inquiries through Live Chat and emails.
  • Managing your inquiry pipeline to maximize opportunities for sales conversions.
