Supporting a team of 4 Recruitment Consultants, this job comes with responsibility and a varied workload that will see you spin many plates. Suited to someone who enjoys a role where no two days are the same, we're looking for someone proactive and friendly with excellent organisation skills and keen attention to detail, who is also devoted to offering top-tier administration support.

The offer:

  • Work Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and one day 9am to 5:30pm
  • Salary guide: Up to £25,000 with discretionary bonus

The role:

  • Build a stream of available and qualified candidates by successfully attracting and selecting relevant candidate through effective advertising, networking, headhunting, and sourcing through the database
  • Conduct candidate interviews to better understand their career to date and aspirations and successfully match them to appropriate vacancies before passing their details to the Recruitment Consultant
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, regularly sharing updates, checking in with candidates who have been placed in positions, handling general queries relating to contracts and pay
  • Carry out compliance audits and checks by gathering references and relevant documentation and storing them in line with GDPR
  • Handle all administration tasks relating to candidates and clients, accurately maintaining and updating all records using the in-house recruitment software
  • Manage candidate timesheets and keep in regular contact with clients to ensure timesheets are accurate

The candidate:

  • You must have strong administration skills, which could have been gained as a Recruitment Resourcer, Administrator or Personal Assistant
  • Demonstrates excellent organisation skills, can effectively prioritise workloads and juggle many tasks at once
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys working in a vibrant company that's always striving for better
  • Shows exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Understands GDPR and values compliance
