Job description – Business Representative

In this Sales Development Representative position, you will be joining the high-performing sales team.

You will be responsible for identifying and screening potential customers and new businesses who could benefit from their digital learning resource. You will bring a passion for sales, enthusiasm and resilience to ensure that as many teachers and students as possible gain access to their phenomenal product.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has a strong communication skills and is fearless at initiating new relationships.

It is essential that you are a go-getter, have a passion for the arts and thrive off achieving goals. But most importantly, that you are looking to join a company that is changing the game, whilst having a lot of fun along the way!

Key responsibilities – Business Representative

In this Sales Development Representative position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop outreach strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Conducting cold calls and email outreach to generate new sales leads
  • Securing and scheduling appointments between prospects and sale executives
  • Working closely with the Sale Executives and wider sales team
  • Reviewing sales efforts to drive self-improvement and professional growth
  • Communicating with a range of experts within the arts and theatre industry
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders

Job requirements – Business Representative

  • 2.1 or above from university
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A passion for theatre and education
  • Driven and motivated to hit targets
  • Excel when working in a team environment
  • Confident on all Microsoft Office software
