About the Role:
As Finance Manager, you will be an essential part of our team, taking charge of day-to-day financial operations and contributing to our company's growth by delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Handle debt management and credit control
- Generate invoices and monitor budgets
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly/annual VAT returns
- Provide daily financial snapshot reports
- Analyse and improve business processes for efficiency
Your Background:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fenestration or construction industry, is highly valued
- AAT, ACCA, or CIMA certification
- Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), and previous CRM experience
- Exceptional accuracy, organization, and analytical skills with a methodical approach to tasks
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
