Are you a skilled Lead Electrical Engineer seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in London?? We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our most prestigious clients, who is looking to expand their team with three qualified engineers for an exclusive site in London.
Position: Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: London (South and central london) Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per year Shift Options: Flexible Monday to friday, shift days and nights, shift days only
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in lighting maintenance including lamp changes and emergency light testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with power distribution and PAT testing
- Conducting PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
- Maintaining company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition
- Demonstrating reliability and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities
Qualifications :

18th Edition certification (essential)
-
High or low voltage AP (essential)
-
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)

Testing & Inspecting 2391 certification

Extensive experience in Building Maintenance (essential)
