The Role
The IT Systems Engineer will join a close-knit IT / Systems team, and be responsible for:
- support various systems used by the business (including Dynamics 365)
- manage ticketing process for systems issues, escalating where required
- user training and adoption
- gather business requirements, optimise business processes
- work through systems enhancements / projects (testing, working with 3rd parties)
- business reporting and analysis (e.g. Power BI)
About you
Applicants for the IT Systems Engineer role will have:
- prior experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- excellent support and communication skills (including strong English, written & spoken skills), with strong attention to detail
- ideally experience with Power BI and SQL Server
- flexible to the needs of the business (during peak periods etc)
