About the Role

We're thrilled to be working with a leading creative marketing agency in the heart of Bristol on the hunt for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. If you're passionate about creative marketing and looking for a role where you can make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for the agency. You'll take charge of managing their CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring it's used effectively to drive their marketing efforts. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside PR partners to post thought leadership and news content across their websites and social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

You'll also handle paid media campaigns, from Google Ads to LinkedIn advertising, and ensure their social media presence is continuously growing and engaging. Coordinating project photography, writing compelling award entries, and developing case studies will also be part of your diverse role. Plus, you'll support internal communications, helping to keep everyone in the loop with regular updates.

On the business development side, you'll execute and measure new business plans, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in their target sectors. You'll be instrumental in developing and managing multi-channel business campaigns, implementing social selling strategies, and maintaining our HubSpot Marketing Hub/CRM database. You'll ensure their business development team leverages PR and marketing initiatives effectively, assist in creating fee proposals and pitch documentation, and develop client case studies from press releases.

About You:

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a creative or design agency. You should be an expert in managing multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). Proficiency in CRMs (especially HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms is essential.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must, along with a passion for the creative industry and marketing. They need someone who is positive, proactive, and hands-on, with excellent organisational skills and a results-driven mindset. You should have a comprehensive understanding of marketing a creative agency and strategic business development.

Why Join Them?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and creative team in Bristol. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of exciting clients in a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth. They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
