About the Role
As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Commercial Analyst will be instrumental in driving and executing our growth strategy. We seek a genuine self-starter with the ambition, capability, and eagerness to learn and evolve alongside the company.
This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience in revenue management within the short-term rental and hotel industries, especially those proficient with revenue management tools like Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, AirDNA, or their hotel equivalents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial & revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and nightly earnings.
- Identify and seize incremental earning opportunities such as up-sells, referrals, or other additions to the bottom line.
- Analyze market trends and utilize pricing tools to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance and profitability.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in operations and embracing leadership opportunities.
General Capabilities
- Own and manage commercial dashboards, drawing data from across all verticals and technologies to drive improvements.
- Support business strategy and planning through insights generated from business analysis.
- Perform market analysis, set revenue targets, and implement rate strategies.
- Ensure inventory performance is maximized and introduce new listing capabilities.
- Provide regular insights and reporting to leadership on potential for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with revenue management tools like Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or AirDNA.
- Excellent analytical and people skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to constantly changing dynamics.
