FULLY REMOTE: SJP Financial Planner to manage existing clients
Employed role (£75k - £80k) or self-employed with 70/30 split on fees
Fully remote role but who can access offices across Southeast
Full admin and paraplanning support
Are you an SJP Adviser looking for a new role to manage existing clients and generate some new business. My client are a large SJP practice who I have me and have c.50 Advisers and offices across London and South East . They offer financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the Southeast. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 10,000+ clients with assets ranging from £200k - multiple millions. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.
The business has won numerous awards and is very engaged in charitable causes. They place exceptional customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities resulting in a very high rate of retention. The support team comprises of an experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners and are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. The business also has dedicated Operations professionals ensuring a smooth functioning of the business.
The Managing Director is looking to recruit 10+ Financial Planners with SJP experience (employed or self-employed) who will be responsible for managing existing clients that the business has acquired. This is a servicing role and will be suitable for a candidate who has a background in SJP and can work with complex HNW cases. However, they would be keen to recruit Advisers who can also generate some new business. You will be paid bonuses on initial advice fees at 50% once you have met 2x validation of your salary and 20% of ongoing fees.
