Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a household FMCG brand (non-alcoholic beverage) on their recruitment for an Interim Head of Commercial Finance to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (starting Q4 204)
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing director, leading the commercial finance function - supervising analysts and demand planning
- Developing models and tools for stakeholders, including pricing, investment effectiveness and NPD.
- Develop models to investigate marginality across the supply chain
- Develop pricing analysis (across the portfolio and markets)
- Collaborate with Strategy director to develop guidance and identify/value growth opportunities within RTM, Product Innovation & Business Model
- Support the Managing Director by evaluating Business Risks & opportunities across different markets
- Liaise with Central Finance functions
- Support Revenue Growth Analyst in ensuring proper investment recognition (compliance with IFRS 15) and during yearly External audit process
- Act as key business partneracross functions and geographies (Commercial and Marketing regional team and Central finance functions)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an FMCG business and/or drinks/spirits industry (preferably focused on International Markets)
- High level of proficiency in Excel, able to analyse larger datasets and develop of financial reports providing insights
- Experienced in BI tools (Power BI, Anaplan) preferred and modelling expereince
- Leadership expereince
- Proficient in a non-English European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian) - desirable, but not essential

Pay: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
