Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and focused individual to join a local company as a Marketing Assistant. Within this role you will be running email marketing campaigns, managing social media and completing general admin. Offering training, this is a varied role suiting someone responsible, reliable and able to work on their own initiative.

The Marketing Assistant hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, offering some flexibility for the right candidate. Additionally, following full training the company will offer work from home.

Duties of the Marketing Assistant:

  • Network, data and digital administration.
  • Run email marketing campaigns to an existing database.
  • Respond to email enquiries.
  • Manage data in the Hubspot CRM.
  • Social media management to include, posting content. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).
  • Organise and manage kit distribution to clients through logistics partners.
  • Manage the website and online shop.

Personal Attributes:

  • Work well on your own initiative and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Have strong IT skills and be able to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Hubspot experience would be beneficial but not required.
  • Be comfortable working alone.
  • Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Show excellent dedication and organisation skills.

Offering from £25,000 per annum dependant on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional paid leave between Christmas and New Year.
