Role Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, offering high-quality accounting and advisory services
- Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback
- Working closely with clients, assisting with queries, and delivering exceptional client service
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Contributing to the development of the firm by identifying opportunities for business growth
- Developing technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA part-qualified or equivalent with relevant UK practice experience
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
