A successful business based in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their head office.

This role would suit someone who has some existing office experience and loves being on reception!

You will be the company's first point of contact - so it's crucial that you have superb communication skills and enjoy speaking to people.

The role will involve:

  • Answering calls
  • Taking messages
  • Dealing with all company post
  • Arranging parcels to be sent and collected
  • Supporting other departments with administration
  • Filing documents
  • Sending out company emails
  • Any other admin for the Directors.
