About the business:
Our client is a leading and well established law firm, with many years experience of providing legal advice to clients across a wide range of legal areas. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the firm as a PA. Reporting to the Deputy Group MD you will play a pivotal role within the firm, providing valuable support and legal tasks.
If successful, you will perform the following role:
- To work in a fast-paced environment providing a variety of comprehensive organisational, administrative, and practical supportive day to day assistance to the Group Deputy Managing Director.
- Plan and organise work to ensure that the Group Deputy Managing Director's priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- To carry out duties delegated and legal tasks for the Deputy Managing Director.
- Provide additional ancillary support to the group businesses as required / directed.
- Travel may be require to other offices, such as the head office near Reading.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
- 2 years' experience as a PA/Secretary to high level management.
- Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Flexibility to travel to other offices in the UK when necessary.
- Strong organisational skills
