- Recent experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Self-motivation with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
