Salary: Competitive day rate + bonus scheme

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Overview of a GTM Manager

The team aims to lead in retail executions, collaborating across divisions and with high end retailers. The goal is to highlight products and inspire other retailers. This role requires creativity to enhance the retail experience and develop flagship launch displays.

Responsibilities of a GTM Manager

  • Oversee the complete GTM process for all product launches in Premium Retail locations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Build relationships with product teams to gather insights and guidelines, and report on GTM execution compliance, collating requirements from various teams like store operations and marketing.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing functions to align product roadmaps and ranging with GTM activities and support commercial merchandising decisions.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key agencies and marketing vendors, creating detailed briefs and processes for GTM activities, and managing furniture and POS requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate security solutions for product launches, develop security strategies, and forecast product needs for retail displays in coordination with the demand planning team.

  • Collaboration and Reporting: Build relationships with product teams for insights and guidelines, and report on GTM compliance.
  • Marketing and Merchandising: Align product roadmaps with GTM activities and support merchandising decisions.
  • Agency Management: Develop relationships with agencies, create briefs, and manage furniture and POS requirements.
  • Security and Forecasting: Ensure security solutions for launches and forecast product needs for retail displays.
