An exciting opportunity has opened for a change professional, working with a global Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical company, to be part of new programme.
You have previous change experience, leading a large transformation programme.
Executing change methodologies, in a complex environment, and demosntrating successful delivery, will also visble from your experience.
Coming from a large organisation will be most advantageous
This will be a great opportunity to further develop experience, and have direct exposure to a global programme.
The ideal candidate will have:
Degree in business related field or scientific field
A proven track record of delivering successful business wide change
Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
Stakeholder management and coaching skills to support leaders and stakeholders in change delivery
This role is initially a 12 months contract, based in their Cambridge office with great flexibility.
