Are you an Engineering Manager looking to work for an industry giant that will offer you autonomy to create your own maintenance schedules, work for a large stable business and receive industry related training?
On offer is the opportunity to join a Timber powerhouse that is based across Scotland and Northern Ireland. They provide a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. This includes major housebuilders.
This is a varied role where you will oversee a team of 14 engineers within and industrial environment. You will ensure the plant is running smoothly through the continuous improvement of maintenance schedules.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a heavy industry background looking for a role within a large stable company who will offer you the autonomy to make the mark your own.
The responsibilities:
- Leading the Maintenance team in a range of planned and reactive maintenance
- Planning and developing effective maintenance schedules
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- Engineering Manager
- Experience working in industrial / plant environment
- Engineering qualification
