We are looking for Pick and Pack Operatives who for join for 2 weeks staring from 1st November, 2024 onwards for DS Smith's packaging site at Milton Keynes
- Role: Pick and Pack Operators
- Location: DS Smith Packaging, Andersen Gate, Snellshall West, Milton Keynes MK4 4AE
- Rate: £12ph and OT rates £18ph
- Contract length: 2 weeks
- Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (overtime potentially available)
- Start: 1st November, 2024
Responsibilities:
- Transferring product from pallet to display
- Ensuring correct quantity of product is picked for orders
- Restocking pick locations as required
- Adhering to Health and Safety legislation at all times
- General Housekeeping duties in the pick area
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pick and Pack Operator in a Warehouse environment
- Ability to conduct manual handling and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Desirable requirements:
- Driving licence and use of a car
- Knowledge of DS Smith as an organisation
