Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join their vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you'll handle critical tasks that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate item details and pricing.
- Utilize the JDE Oracle system and collaborate with 3PL providers for seamless delivery.
- Ensure product compliance with EU retail regulations, including EU TSD standards.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, maintaining comprehensive internal records.
- Regularly review and update customer orders to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels, keeping customers delighted.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance.
- Show adaptability by managing additional accounts when needed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in order entry and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Understanding of product barcoding and EU retail compliance.
- Competence in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades A-C).
- Bonus: Additional language skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
