We are seeking a complex needs worker in Watford.
This is a full time temporary to permanent position working early and late shifts, some weekend work is required.
Week 1 shifts will be 8am-4pm.
Week 2 shifts will be 1:30pm-9pm.
Role: We are looking for someone who has experience working with people with complex needs, substance misuse and homelessness. This will be working in a homeless hostel in Watford.
The right candidate will have previous experience working in this area. You will be supporting rough sleepers and eventually helping them move out of homelessness.
Salary: £17.28 PAYE or £20.50 Umbrella. Perm salary is £33,707.
