THE COMPANY
My client is an forward thinking IT Consultancy firm seeking a Finance Assistant to join the team for the next 5 months. They have become increasingly busy so are seeking the extra support for the team. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a fast paced role within a great team.
THE ROLE
Duties include:
- Timesheet chasing for the contractors within the business - reviewing and approving
- Accounts Payable duties
- Monthly billing - update spreadsheets and check over invoices/PO's
- Accounts receivable duties
- Prepare payment batches
- Bank Reconciliations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- AAT Qualified is ideal
- Confident with working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail, strong focus on accuracy
- Able to prioritise
