Our Scotland office is looking for a new Administrator / Candidate Manager to join their busy team based in central Edinburgh.

This is a busy and dynamic role supporting two consultants who between them cover all jobs in Scotland and the North of England.

This role is well suited to someone who loves admin, who is process driven, who can manage their own time, be efficient, have good communication skills and who has excellent attention to detail. Full training will be provided.

Main duties to include:

  • Assisting Consultants with candidate management to ensure our candidates receive the best experience/service
  • Diary management
  • Reference checking of candidates, both verbally and in writing
  • Managing the Compliance of the candidates and updating of all candidate files and documents
  • General Administration
  • Assisting with Marketing and Business Development projects
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Candidate Sourcing - Sourcing suitable Candidates to register with Greycoat Lumleys

An interest in private households or a PA background (or knowledge of the domestic industry) would be beneficial but not essential, as this can be learnt.

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40 hour week

Package: Workplace pension (after 3 months). Private Medical insurance (after 1 year).

Salary: £27,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
