We are working with an amazing Venue in South West London and looking for a Head Chef for the Venue. This role is based on 40 hours and will require some weekend work as well so likely every other weekend.
The Head Chef will work with a Sous Chef and KP for day to day business and then this is supported by support chefs on busy days. This will be leading both functions and events and also a C&E operation taking roughly £650k per year.
We are looking for an Experienced Head Chef with great food knowledge and high standards. You will have the opportunity to make this your own through menu design, Specials, Theme days and team development.
You will need to demonstrate a solid career catering for high end clients or customers and have got some experience in events and C&E. Daily food offer will cover buffets, bowl food events, sit down lunches and dinners.
