Working pattern: This role requires 2 days per week into their Lincolnshire office, please only apply if you commutable to this location.
The role: You will be coming in as a Power BI Developer to work alongside the BI Manager on an endless list of interesting projects. Most of these projects are fairly greenfield, giving you the opportunity to make your own mark on the work at hand. This role will sit within the Finance team where there is a dataset that is pulling information from various sources. Therefore, a lot of your work will be liaising the team in producing reports and dashboards in Power BI which will support analytics for HR, Finance, Absentees, invoices for customers, and much more!
Your fantastic skillset will include:
- Strong Power BI analytical skills - they need someone who can develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data back to stakeholders across the business.
- Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Someone who is resilient and dynamic in their approach.
- Experience working with AWS (desirable).
